Now, as promised the answer to our “spot the difference” challenge.
Take a look at the brake. It is the brass lever by the door. The one on the left has two separate levers and one is a single lever with a smaller offshoot. Check out the tires. The one in the middle has smaller tires. The middle one also has a smaller steering wheel that is black. The color is hard to tell from the photo, so I won’t deduct points if you didn’t get that one.
So why is this important? For most people absolutely nothing, and for a lot of casual collectors probably wouldn’t care either, but for serious collectors they would want to know. The two handled version was made on Issue 1 made in 1964 and is worth about $125 and the single lever version was used on all other versions of this car starting in 1965 and is worth about $15. The smaller tire version was made for a limited time around 1968 and it is worth about $60.
